Once upon a time there were all kinds of anti-drug commercials for young teens. While they were very successful in the 80s to help bring down the overall usage, many people didn’t realize the benefits it was really giving everyone. The subconscious mind is a very intriguing part of any individual, and the power of mind can be used to help you change your life in a positive manner.

In the last few years there has been an interesting concept called the ‘law of attraction’. This came about by the book and film called ‘The Secret’ which deals with the idea of ‘the power of mind‘. It basically says that it is our own minds which are actually manifesting what we are experiencing now. What we are thinking about and imagining will actually happen. Even if you don’t believe in it, it is true. If you consciously make an effort to change your life it will happen, if you imagine it happening first!

If you’re having a hard time believing it, here is a great example of mind power at work. Many medical research performed involves the subconscious mind and the Placebo Effect. This is where you have a couple groups that are formed from volunteers that are paid for going through the experiment. They all suffer from the same problem, but separated into 2 groups and given two different pills. One group is given the real medicine and the other is given a placebo. The best part about it is neither group knows that one of them is getting something different. Then the medical team studies the results.

It’s amazing to see how those who only got a placebo are able to cure their ailment. Then of course there are others who believe hear about the side effects, take the placebo and somehow end up with even the rarest of kinds. It’s just one of the many ways we can prove how powerful the subconscious mind can alter your life.

In order to do this though, you’ll have to find a goal. We really don’t care what it is as long as it’s something concrete and narrowed down. Maybe you just want to save 0 extra bucks a month or make it through the day without being angry, depressed, or upset. Whatever you decide is fine and making it happen will be completely up to you (even though we’ll help you every step of the way).

Unfortunately it’s not as simple as it seems. Take for instance the person who wants to lose weight. You spend 24 hours a day fighting off those thoughts in your head that say, ‘Well if I only have one it will be okay.’ Eventually one of them hits home and you find yourself off your diet. It’s definitely not a fun situation, but with the proper training you can overcome these obstacles.

One thing you should keep in mind though is that you can have a goal for anything. Self-improvement is one of the best things for someone to accomplish. There is just a certain feeling you get when you shed a couple pounds, tone your body, or just change your personality. Whatever the case is for you, we always recommend trying something small in the beginning. What you’ll end up doing is taking advantage of affirmation to change your life.

Once you get the smaller projects complete, then it will be time to move onto bigger and better things. What’s the first thing that comes to mind for you? It might be different, but most people dream of having a nice house. It’s definitely in the top 3 major decisions you’ll have at least once in your life. The only question is; how are you going to go about getting it? The affirmation that unleashes the power in the subconscious mind will put everything in motion. Well, as long as it’s a positive thought process.

When you’re training you will even start thinking about things you have never done before in your life. Many of you will use the power of the subconscious mind to start going on vacation. Others will get into more serious subjects like overcoming your fear of the doctor, dentist, or hospital. It’s probably nice just thinking about the positive aspects of your life that are going to get even better, but we’re not there yet.

You are going to have to deal with all the ins and outs of the subconscious mind. It’s important for you to understand that you can change your life by creating everything around you. This takes us back to the theories around quantum physics again and that it truly is mind over matter. How many times have you told yourself you can’t make a certain payment on time? Did you do it, or did you spend money elsewhere because you didn’t think it was feasible? We could on and on, but you get the idea.

We could give you so many examples it could take up a whole other article. The point is you can do whatever you want to do if you put your mind to it. You’ve probably heard this many times before, but without the knowledge of understanding the way it works you overlooked the meaning. So find yourself a goal and give yourself the affirmation needed to make it happen.

What it comes down to is that you can train your mind yourself, or let someone else do it for you. We recommend taking the first route and controlling your own destiny. In the end you’ll find all kinds of power within the subconscious mind. All we need to help you do right now, is get started.

The Law of Attraction is all about goal visualization. You need to define a concrete, clear goal. Don’t wish for a lot of money � set a goal aside for a certain amount of money, and set reachable, achievable daily goals. Next, try to direct every mental action you take towards achieving that goal, and pull yourself away from distracting influences. Keep that effort constant. Try to clear your mind of the usual pattern of thirty different thoughts running at once.

Some people are aware of the power of their mind; they focus on tasks, they set goals, they make lists, and they follow through them. You can see them � they’re the ones who always seem to have a plan and who always focus on what’s around them. Everything they do is aimed at furthering that goal, and with their mind and will ruling their passions, they have a palpable air of success. This success isn’t difficult to emulate � it’s very simple. It just requires clarity of purpose and focus.

Just remember it all happens for a reason. Maybe you just think people are rude around the area you live. Then one day you get a flat tire and can’t understand why in the world something like this would happen if you’re thinking positive. All of the sudden you come in contact with several different people who are helpful, curious, and concerned about your situation. Guess what? Your outlook on the people around you has changed all because of that flat tire.

There are several different ways to take advantage of the subconscious mind. Society sees this everyday and doesn’t even realize it. Have you ever heard a commercial that tells you the telephone number like 15 times? The next time you hear that commercial you already know the number right? Now you think about all the benefits of their product, if you let it into your subconscious mind.

It’s up to you to make your life. You can either sit passively by and let life happen to you, or you can grab it and direct it using the power of your mind. Work on small goals and build up to larger ones the same way small rocks can lead to a sturdy platform to see the world from. Don’t let anyone or anything stand in the way of the power of your mind with the Law of Attraction.

Focusing your mind on believing things that aren’t yet a reality is an effective technique that has worked for millions of people. This method shares similarities with the law of attraction, which also involves the same fundamental practice of believing that you have already met your desired goals.

But why does this power work? Because it makes you change! Remember back to all those times you put yourself down and expected the very worst. They all came true, didn’t they? It’s pretty amazing to think about: people only use around 10% of their brains daily. What could you do if you were able to access the power of the unused 90% of your brain? It appears that there are many possibilities which are not fully explored by most of us hiding right there � and a lot of mind power going unused.

The scientific opinion has long been that those who have psychic abilities and extra sensory perception are able to use these abilities by tapping into those great unused mental reserves. Some seem to have been born with these abilities, while others learn later on in life how to start using this potential mindpower.

The process behind mind power is not well understood, but quantum physics’ latest advances have begun to show us what the link may be between we think and what we actually experience as part of our daily lives.

There are studies which seem to suggest that our minds have more power than we think to shape reality; in fact, it may be that our minds are the determiners of our world, not the other way around.

Basically, the law of attraction explains how the principle of cause and effect applies to our own thoughts. Our subconscious mind is already believed to be where our psychic abilities such as remote viewing stem from; it appears that the subconscious may also be the way that we communicate with the universe and even shape it to our will.

The key to increasing your mindpower is to make a link of communication between your conscious mind and the subconscious. There are several ways to establish this communication and through it, develop your mindpower.

Since the way to develop your mind power is to connect your conscious and subconscious minds, you’re probably wondering how you can achieve this link. There are several different ways to do this.

Using affirmations:- One way to communicate with your subconscious mind is to use affirmations. Affirmations are usually comprised of a positive phrase that you repeat yourself several times a day; eventually, your subconscious comes to believe what this affirmation says so that the affirmation itself comes ‘true.’

In fact, affirmations can do far more than this. You can use affirmations to develop your mindpower and change reality itsef!

The first thing we need to get out of the way is that your mind is like a magnet. Whatever it thinks, or even sees it will eventually attract. Most of you know this as the Law of Attraction. It’s where you let the mind believe that something is going to happen (whether positive or negative) and then it does. However, it’s one of the best ways to get everything you want out of life. If you can think it, feel it and envision it first, then it will be so. Just keep in mind it takes a little practice, but your mind power is incredible!

The Law of Attraction works even if you don’t believe in it. Whether you choose to use your mind power positively or not is up to you; we only use 10% of our brain’s capacity for conscious thought, the rest is a well of untapped unconscious potential, and you’re using it now whether you admit to it or not � and people who find fault in everything tend to use it to pull more trouble to them.

What if we told you that everything you’ve accomplished up until now is because of your subconscious mind power? Would you believe us or will you think about all the bad luck situations or negative aspects that kept you from doing something? Take for example the hard luck gambler. Obviously everyone wins at one time or another, but most gamblers have 10 times the amount of negative stories as they do the positives.

So instead of going through life like them, why don’t we teach you the right way to use your mind? It all starts with visualization. If you’ve ever seen the movie ‘Happy Gilmore’ with Adam Sandler, his coach in the movie helps him create a happy place to allow him to make the putt. However, there is a time where he tries to think happy thoughts, but the negative ones take over.

Visualization is simply taking the time to think through what it would be like to have achieved your goal, to focus on it, to take it into your mental fortress and let it seep into your subconscious. Make mental images and explore them. It will help you recognize the opportunities to make those images into reality when you encounter them. What this is doing is imprinting your subconscious mind with opportunities to excel. Use this to shape how you want your life to be when this all works.

Goal setting is something anyone who’s ever had to use a day planner remembers. You write everything down that you want to get done and then you break it down into steps. Read the list every day, and focus on one item on the list and try to make it a reality. Do this every day, and you’ll find that you’re reaching goals you’d been putting off for years.

Then of course our favorite is using affirmations. It’s not something that is hard to do, and are actually only positive bits of encouragement. It really doesn’t matter what it’s about as long as it’s positive and you continue to do it. An easy example is losing weight. If you encourage yourself to lose eight pounds by the end of the month, then you will. Positive things will happen if you think positive. Just remember it also works the same way with negative thoughts.

One training process that can be interesting is the use of brainwave entertainment. This is where you listen to some sort of audio frequencies to change those thoughts in your mind to positive ones. The mind is one of the best healing utilities your body has and if you can train the mind properly, you can increase this relentlessly. Maybe you’ve spent the last couple years forgetting more than you’re remembering and need a little memory boost. If you use brainwave entertainment, then it will open up that mind power. The only problem about this avenue is that it’s an advanced procedure and should only be done after you perfect those beginning stages.

Some of you may even enjoy things like Hypnosis to get that mind power flowing. A great example of this is when people want to quit smoking. They’ve tried Nicorette, prescription drugs, cold turkey, and everything else under the sun to no avail. So when all else fails, the next step is Hypnosis. Over the years we have developed an agreement that everyone has a subconscious mind. In fact, you often find criminals who blame their actions on the subconscious mind and enter insanity pleas to get out of trouble. Then there are those who don’t even think about it, and just believe that everything is a coincidence. Whatever the case may be in your situation, those thoughts can be either positive or negative.

You already know you have a subconscious mind. Whether or not you know that it works is a completely different story. However, it doesn’t take much for you to tap into this power and transform your life the way you want it to be. Unfortunately it’s hard for everyone to understand the potential your subconscious mind can have over everyday life. The easiest way to put it is it’s that faint voice you hear in your head. The voice that tells you something is wrong or makes you think twice about a situation.

Understanding it all is probably the most difficult portion to training the subconscious mind. You have to be as knowledgeable about this topic and how your mind works before you can put anything into action. The easiest way to explain your subconscious mind power is by telling you it’s that voice you hear without anything being said. It’s kind of like that gut feeling you get when something isn’t right.

Unfortunately, people tend to overlook their subconscious mind even though most of the thoughts are negative. Did you know that you’ve been training your subconscious for several years without even knowing it? It’s true and it’s why you’ve harbored negative feelings towards things for quite some time. While this is true, there are ways to effectively change those negatives into positives.

A great starting point to get the life you’ve always desired is through affirmation. This is a continuous pattern you hear or see over and over again until your subconscious mind is trained to think that way. Society calls these subliminal messages, but we like to just believe its positive thinking. It’s a very effective technique if you can train your subconscious mind properly.

Keep in mind this isn’t always about your job. It could be something like trying to lose weight to look better in that bathing suit. People who are constantly fighting weight issues tend to tell themselves with the subconscious mind that it’s just not going to happen. When they do this, it doesn’t take long to fall back into all the same bad habits that they were used to doing. So you have to teach yourself to do the opposite. Tell yourself that you CAN lose the weight; you do look good in a bathing suit, and start training your subconscious mind to think that way as well.

With this example, you will start to notice that you will become your ideal weight. If you use affirmations to increase money, you will in fact have more money. You can apply this to anything in your life. It is possible. Perhaps you don’t believe me.

Here is an example of how your mind impacts your life, without you even realizing it on any given day. Let’s say that you wake up late one day. You say or think, ‘It’s going to be one of those days.’ You take a shower and find you are out of soap; you get dressed and spill coffee down your shirt on the way to the office. Again, you think ‘Yep, it is definitely going to be one of those days.’ You get to work and you are faced with one obstacle after another again, you are thinking that this is one of those days� and you even go as far as to think that it can’t get any worse� and it does.

While the average person is going to shrug this off and say it was coincidence that all of those things happened. There are not such things as coincidences, everything happens for a reason� and that reason is usually your subconscious mind delivering to you the things you think about.

In recent years films and books like ‘The Secret’ have explained this phenomenon in more scientific terms. This has become known as the ‘Law of Attraction’. This says that our subconscious mind not only reacts with and responds to the reality we are experiencing it is actually creating it!

Some of you are probably sitting there laughing or thinking this is crazy talk. Don’t worry, someone else is probably doing the same thing, but those who feel this way are usually the ones who need the most help. Seriously, if you feel this way right now your subconscious mind is giving you negative thoughts.

So if we do create our own reality with our subconscious mind, then with practice we can choose what kind of reality we experience! Some of the richest people in the world throughout history have realized this fact and have manifested incredible wealth by consistently visualizing clearly exactly what they want and communicating this to their subconscious mind.

We all remember the movie Fields of Dreams, with the ‘If you build it they will come�’ Consider your subconscious mind as your field of dreams where if you THINK it, it will come. Asking yourself ‘what will come?’ The answer is, whatever you want to come.

Your subconscious mind power can completely change your life and give you whatever life you dream of. Unbelievable though it sounds, this is basically how your inner mind works and even though you may not know what is coming next, if you believe it will be good then it will be. What it comes down to is if you can use the power that comes from the subconscious mind, you’ll be able to control your own destiny.

Sceptical, probably, allow me to give you a few examples of subconscious mind power at work. One of my favorite examples to give is scientific, medically actually. This example is offered because the results have been documented time and time again. It is the Placebo Effect. Most commonly this term is used when medication trials are taking place. You have the control group, which are given a sugar pill (or placebo) and then the study group who get the actual med. Both groups are told what the medication is for and what it should do for them. Neither group knows if they are getting the actual medication or the placebo.

In absolutely each and every study the control group will provide similar results to the study group. Perhaps not in the same intensity, but you will have people that show improvements or exhibit changes or side effects that the medication can cause. Why is that? It is because they were told what the pill would do, they believed that they were being given the real pill and that they were either going to get better or get the side effects.

Think about this. When you go to the doctor and you are prescribed a new medication does the doctor tell you the side effects? If your doctor does then he/she is a rarity. You could be thinking that they are not doing their job. Actually they are. They know how powerful the mind is. They know that if they suggest that negative things could happen that you will either not take the medication or you will take it and get the side effects no matter how rare.

This suggestive power, and your subconscious mind power, used in concert, can unlock great potentials for you. It can work in the every day realm as readily as it does in the realm of medicine. This power of suggestion, the belief that if you focus on positive outcomes, you’ll get positive results, has been part of self help books since the 19th century, and is currently called the Law of Attraction.

Others though use visualization to alter the way their mind sees things. Visualization is simple, and it works. Visualization can be done a couple of ways. First you close your eyes and visualize what it is you want, actually see it as if you are looking at a picture.

We recommend trying the physical picture. A great way to do this is by cutting out a picture of what you want in life. It may be a new car, money, or even your dream home. Then start looking at it everyday. Maybe you place one picture at work, one at home, and one in the car. In doing this you will allow the subconscious mind to take shape and understand what you want next. In time you will be able to make your vision a reality.

Although this has been common knowledge for years to the really rich and high achievers, it has only been recently that scientists have started to understand the very real scientific process associated with this.

Over the years, quantum physics has shed light on the ability to manipulate your pure energy with the mind. Oddly enough, it has also shown us that the energy wouldn’t even exist if not for the mind of the observer.

More extreme attempts at this resemble solipsism, including the strange belief that matter and energy only exist when observed. (Which means that nothing outside your direct observation actually exists, including this article�don’t think about it, your head will hurt.)

In fact this is what the ancient religions have been saying for many thousands of years and with new understandings in quantum physics, modern science is at last beginning to catch up. Whatever your spiritual belief may be, there is no denying that the science of quantum physics works.

What it comes down to is figuring out whether or not it’s for you. If you could change your life by thinking about it, wouldn’t you at least try it? Just try it out for the next week by simply using the affirmations process. When you’ve implanted this into your daily routine, move on to the visualization techniques we discussed earlier. The end result is you’ll be training and developing the subconscious mind the way it was supposed to be used.

Years ago society was introduced to a long line of commercials to help teens stay away from drugs. The main goal was to penetrate the subconscious mind and let them know, ‘The mind is a terrible thing to waste.’ It worked and even though the 60s and 70s were the mainstay for drugs, in the eighties those numbers diminished. All because we were able to harness the power of mind, the benefits swelled.

The subconscious mind has unbelievable power hidden within it. If you’ve had the opportunity to watch, ‘The Secret’ you realized the potential and possibly used it to your advantage. This uses the idea of the ‘power of mind‘. Everything revolves around the Law of Attraction and the fact that when you think about something, you will attract it to you. So keep that in mind as we get deeper into the subject.

Take the Placebo Effect for instance. It’s the most intriguing study out there today that looks into the subconscious mind. The way it works is the medical world finds about 10-20 people who have the same problem. Then they tell them they have medicine that is supposed to help the situation. The groups are then split into 2 sections, Group A & B. One of the groups is given the real medicine and the other is given a placebo. This is mind power at work!

Over a period of time those individuals are studied on how they react to the drug. You’ve probably seen this in others around your local area, but the fact is some of the people taking a placebo get cured or at least better. While this is great, there are some individuals that get wind of the side effects and end up contracting them even though they’ve only taken a placebo. Listen, it’s not a coincidence because everything happens for a reason.

Quantum mechanics talks about the ‘observer effect’ and how information in the system alters the outcomes. While the link between quantum mechanics and The Secret is tenuous, the same guiding principle applies to the Law of Attraction. Your ability to observe the universe alters it.

You’ve probably seen television shows, movies, or even reality documentaries like ‘The Secret,’ that deals with ESP, Telepathy, Remote Viewing, and Psychic phenomenons. Even though many of us believe this to be phony television, it’s actually part of the quantum physics theory. In short, nothing is solid and instead energy that is created by our minds.

The Law of Attraction works whether you want it to or not. So focus on using it to change your life for the better. That means thinking carefully about your attitudes, planning ahead, and otherwise living a life of contemplation and consequence. We’re going to take a closer look at what that entails.

Are you ready to get started? Great, all you need is a goal. Even though you may want to jump on those big picture needs, we always recommend starting out with something small. It could be anything from getting caught up on your house work, to picking one of your smaller bills to be paid by an extra income. Whatever the case may be, you have to have something to work towards.

The sign of someone who’s goal focused is that they’re very driven. They work each and every moment towards some goal, rather than frittering their time away in unstructured pursuits. When they’re working on a goal, they’re driving towards it, rather than do it a little bit, then get distracted by something else. This puts the full power of their mind on the goal, and every little step helps further it. It’s one of those things that’s so difficult because it’s simple. People expect life changing events to be more involved than ‘Make a goal, and stick with it.’

Just think if you could influence your mind to quit smoking, lose weight, make more money, or by that dream home. They are all great things to think about right? Sure, but don’t let it stop with self-improvement. Maybe you want to take the family on that long needed vacation or just get a new set of tires for your worn out vehicle. Obviously you’re going to have to organize your life a little, but with constant affirmation it will keep you motivated throughout the entire process.

Let’s talk about that dream house for a second. You will give yourself the appropriate affirmation to study hard on how to make this happen. You might look into mortgage rates, what you need to do with your personal finances, or even read that fine print on potential contracts. Then of course you aren’t really thinking about getting a dream home anytime soon, and all of the sudden it’s up for sale. Amazing right? Well, it’s just one example of the power behind the subconscious mind and how it will work for you.

This is within your grasp. You can do it – stop letting life happen to you, and you start happening to your life. Make your mind your most powerful asset, and you’ll be astonished at the changes you can make in your life by setting small goals and focusing on them.

Who would have thought that decade of the 1980s would have taught us so much about the power of mind and the subconscious. We watched high school and college kid’s break into their own worlds in the sixties and seventies, when drugs surfaced around the country. Those were some of the most interesting parts of our history, but with drug use up, the eighties needed some new light on the topic.

There were all kinds of anti-drug messages that hit both the radio and television airwaves throughout those 10 years. In fact, as the popularity progressed you could find billboards all around the highways that basically said, ‘Say no to drugs’ in one way or another. What we didn’t know is how it was affecting the subconscious mind of these young teens. Eventually the drug use amongst teens started to subside or at least that’s what the statistics showed us.

Some twenty odd years later we find ourselves focusing more on the subconscious mind then ever before. In today’s world we use studies like the Placebo Effect to understand the thoughts that can run through an individuals mind. Can you imagine thinking you’re going to take a drug that is supposed to solve a problem and it doesn’t? It happens all the time, but most of the time it’s because your mind is telling you it won’t. This is just one of the many features that revolve around the Placebo Effect study.

Without getting into everything today, we have to at least tell you how successful you become when using the subconscious mind. Keep in mind though this doesn’t mean you have to be a complete success in the money arena. We’re actually talking about life in general and all the benefits that surround it.

There has actually been a lot of hard scientific evidence to back this up. Quantum mechanics explains that at the subatomic level there is no such thing as matter; it is just energy. Experiments have shown that incredibly this ‘energy’ only exists because it is being observed. That means that it only exists because of the mind of the observer; this the real power of the mind!

Unfortunately it’s not as simple as it seems. Take for instance the person who wants to lose weight. You spend 24 hours a day fighting off those thoughts in your head that say, ‘Well if I only have one it will be okay.’ Eventually one of them hits home and you find yourself off your diet. It’s definitely not a fun situation, but with the proper training you can overcome these obstacles.

One thing you should keep in mind though is that you can have a goal for anything. Self-improvement is one of the best things for someone to accomplish. There is just a certain feeling you get when you shed a couple pounds, tone your body, or just change your personality. Whatever the case is for you, we always recommend trying something small in the beginning. What you’ll end up doing is taking advantage of affirmation to change your life.

The Law of Attraction is all about goal visualization. You need to define a concrete, clear goal. Don’t wish for a lot of money – set a goal aside for a certain amount of money, and set reachable, achievable daily goals. Next, try to direct every mental action you take towards achieving that goal, and pull yourself away from distracting influences. Keep that effort constant. Try to clear your mind of the usual pattern of thirty different thoughts running at once.

When you’re training you will even start thinking about things you have never done before in your life. Many of you will use the power of the subconscious mind to start going on vacation. Others will get into more serious subjects like overcoming your fear of the doctor, dentist, or hospital. It’s probably nice just thinking about the positive aspects of your life that are going to get even better, but we’re not there yet.

Touching back on the slogan of the United Negro College Fund, imagine the opportunities that can open to you if you spend the time to get a proper education. You want to get the degree that will open doors for you. You take the time to get into your employer’s tuition reimbursement program and you work on your class work. You focus on walking down that aisle with a degree in hand. Everything becomes secondary to getting that education and opening those doors to future prosperity. This is an example of the Law of Attraction in action.

Then all of a sudden that dream house is for sale. Not only for sale, but you qualify for the mortgage. Even better the owners accept the offer you made, you close the deal and you are able to move into your new house in 30 days. Everything you had been doing, all of the energy, all of the thoughts were towards getting that house… and you got it.

It’s up to you to make your life. You can either sit passively by and let life happen to you, or you can grab it and direct it using the power of your mind. Work on small goals and build up to larger ones the same way small rocks can lead to a sturdy platform to see the world from. Don’t let anyone or anything stand in the way of the power of your mind with the Law of Attraction.

Remember when Kevin Costner started hearing voices in the Field of Dreams movie? While his family was struggling to make ends meet, these voices were saying, ‘If you build it they will come.’ Eventually it came to pass that he thought these inner voices were telling him to build a baseball field. This is in fact subconscious mind power at work

Your subconscious mind power will make you the person you want to be, create the life you want, and change things as they are to the way you want them to be; all from your subconscious mind. The mind is truly powerful and beautiful. With our subconscious minds, we can heal, transcend, feel good; or feel bad. Each of us has the power to change our worlds through the power of our subconscious minds, if we only choose to take control of them.

What is subconscious mind power? If you’re still skeptical it’s not like you’re the only person out there. We understand how difficult it is to go from doing something you’re used to everyday to changing the whole thought process. However, it’s important to keep an open mind about the material we’re about to provide. The scientific or medical explanation is the Placebo Effect. This is most common when two groups are formed to take medication without knowing who gets the real deal and who gets the placebo.

A surprising effect happens with many, many trials. That is, those who get the placebo pill still often show similar results to those who get the actual drug. No one quite knows why, but oftentimes, the people getting the placebo show at least some benefit (perhaps not to the same intensity as the drug, but still experience benefits), even though the pill they’ve gotten has NO medical benefits whatsoever, as an inert substance. They also may experience ’side effects’ that they’ve been told the actual medication will give them, again, even though they’ve taken an inert substance. Why is this true? These people were told what the medication would do, and if they believed they were being given the real pill, their subconscious minds often gave them the ‘benefits’ and ’side effects’ of the real drug.

It’s one of the biggest reasons why your family physician won’t tell you about the side effects that revolve around the medication you are prescribed. They don’t want you to start taking it and then end up with several issues. So when they write it up, the only thing you usually here is the positive effects of the drug.

Unfortunately, it has taken us far longer to reach this understanding then it should have throughout history. It was used thousands of years ago by ancient religions and then realized years later. Once we figured out that the power of suggestion combined with subconscious mind power could change anyone’s life, it was much easier to train the mind.

While you can think about it all you want, there are several different ways to break the outer shell of the subconscious mind. The first thing we would like to see you do is close your eyes. Visualize just one thing that you want and picture the way your life would be if you had it. Now, just because you visualize a huge lottery win doesn’t mean it will happen. See, you have to play in order to win.

Once you’ve accomplished this beginning stage, let’s move on to the physical side of things. Maybe you’ve been mowing with a push mower for years and couldn’t imagine the difference if you had a riding lawn mower. Well, do the step above and picture yourself riding around cutting the grass without any exertion. Then, go down to the store where you saw it and take a picture of yourself sitting on it. Once you do this, place those pictures around your house, work, and anywhere else you deem necessary.

The power of the subconscious mind is not newly discovered; many people have known about it for years, in fact, and use it to their advantage. However, until recently, it’s been a nebulous rather than scientifically proven fact. That’s changed with scientists’ discovery of the scientific process associated with the power of the subconscious mind.

Over the years, quantum physics has shed light on the ability to manipulate your pure energy with the mind. Oddly enough, it has also shown us that the energy wouldn’t even exist if not for the mind of the observer.

If matter and energy exist only because they is observed, then, the mind is responsible for the matter’s existence, and not the opposite as has been thought previously. Therefore, matter (and subsequently, reality) is actually a creation of each of our minds. And this is subconscious mind power at its essence.

Remember how we were talking about the past and how others used it for many years. The most predominant area was amongst ancient religions. They were able to bring clarity to life and at times even accumulate supernatural powers. After being seen levitating off the ground and performing invisibility tactics, it was a true testament to what the future would hold. Somewhere along the lines we lost touch with this innovation, but thankfully it’s back in full swing.

So now, let’s go back to our original question. If you could change your life just by changing the way you think, would you? You can if you only harness the power of your subconscious mind. Use your subconscious mind to YOUR advantage, instead of letting it have control of you. Try it; spend the next week or so using visualization techniques or affirmations (or a combination of both) to get what you want. Start small so that you can get acclimated to this new power. Once you see that it works, change your life by changing the way you think;literally. Develop the power your subconscious mind, sit back, and watch what happens.
